Text Message Terms
How text messages work for home service companies that use FullBoard.
Draft. This page is still being finalized and reviewed.

Who sends these texts
FullBoard is operated by Prospera Holdings. Home service companies (“shops”) use FullBoard to reply to service requests. Each text names the shop it’s from.
What the texts are about
Texts are about a service request you made or an appointment with that shop. They can include a reply to your request, an offer to call you back, and appointment details. They aren’t advertising, and we don’t add you to marketing lists.
If you get a text after asking a shop for service through another website, it’s a reply to that request. An AI assistant only calls you if you reply YES.
How you agree
You can agree by ticking the separate, optional text box on a shop’s request form, or by replying to a text from the shop. You never have to agree to texts in order to buy anything.
Costs and how often
Message frequency varies with your request. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers aren’t liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to stop or get help
- To stop: reply STOP to any text. You’ll get one message confirming it, and that shop won’t text or call you again through FullBoard.
- For help: reply HELP to any text, or contact us below.
Your privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. We don’t sell or share your mobile number or text permission with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
