Who we are

FullBoard is operated by [Company legal name]. We provide AI tools that help home service companies (“shops”) answer calls, book jobs, and follow up with customers.

If you called or asked for service from a shop that uses FullBoard, we handle your information on that shop’s behalf. The shop decides how it uses your information, and its own privacy policy may also apply. You can contact the shop or us with questions.

What we collect

When you use our website:

  • What you enter to try a sample call: first name, business name, email, trade, and the assistant you chose.
  • What you enter to book a demo: name, business name, email, phone number if you give one, trade, number of trucks, and the software you use.
  • Website chat messages, if a shop uses our chat.
  • Your IP address and basic technical logs, used for security and to prevent abuse.
  • Sign-in and security cookies. We don’t currently use advertising or analytics cookies.

When you call, or a shop’s assistant calls you:

  • Your phone number, the time and length of the call, and how it ended.
  • A recording and transcript of the call, along with an AI-written summary and quality score.
  • Details you give, such as your name, address, what you need, and how urgent it is, plus appointment details.
  • Whether you agreed to be called or to get appointment texts, and any request to stop being called.

When you fill in a shop’s request form: your name, phone number, what you need, and a record of your consent, including the wording you agreed to, the time, and your IP address.

From shops and their other systems: customer, quote, and appointment details from a shop’s job software, and leads a shop sends us from other services.

From shop account holders: email address, sign-in details, shop details, technician names and skills, call transfer numbers, and connections to other software.

How we use it

  • To answer calls, book and change appointments, connect callers to the shop, and send the shop details of each call.
  • To make follow-up and reminder calls for a shop, within the rules described below.
  • To show shops their calls and results, and help them improve how calls are handled.
  • To run sample calls, and to email people who tried one about FullBoard. You can opt out at any time.
  • To set up demos you ask for, and to contact you about FullBoard. We don’t use a number given for a demo for automated calls.
  • To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and meet legal duties.

We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t use one shop’s customer information to serve another shop.

AI and call recording

Calls may be handled by an AI assistant, which says that it’s an AI, and may be recorded and transcribed. If you don’t want to continue, you can hang up or ask for a person. AI can make mistakes, so please check important details such as appointment times with the shop.

Calls from an AI assistant

Our systems are set up to make AI calls only to people with a recorded consent. You can tell the assistant to stop at any time, and your number goes on that shop’s do-not-call list. You can also ask the shop or us directly. Agreeing to these calls is never a condition of buying anything.

Who we share it with

We share information with the shop you’re dealing with, and with companies that help us run the service:

  • Vapi runs the AI phone and chat conversations, and stores call recordings and transcripts.
  • Twilio provides phone service.
  • OpenAI provides the AI model, and ElevenLabs provides the AI voice.
  • Supabase provides our database and sign-in, and Vercel hosts our website.
  • Resend sends email alerts.
  • Cal.com runs demo scheduling, including the details you give when you choose a time.
  • Jobber receives booking details for shops that use it. A shop may connect other tools, such as Zapier.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect people or our rights, or as part of a sale or merger of our business.

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as it’s needed to provide the service to the shop, keep records of consent and do-not-call requests, and meet legal duties. Our service providers may also keep copies under their own policies. You can ask us to delete your information, and we’ll respond as the law requires. We may need to keep some records, such as a request not to be called.

Your choices

  • Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
  • Ask not to be called, on a call or by contacting the shop or us.
  • Opt out of our emails by replying to one or contacting us.

Depending on where you live, you may have other privacy rights. If your request is about a shop’s customer records, we may need to pass it to that shop.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and limits on who can see each shop’s data. No system is completely secure, so we can’t promise that information will never be exposed.

Children

FullBoard is meant for businesses and adult customers, not children under 13. If you think a child gave us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We’ll change the date at the top, and tell shops about important changes.
