What we provide

FullBoard is an online service for home service companies. We provide AI tools for answering calls, booking jobs, following up with customers, and reporting results, along with help setting them up. We don’t ship any physical products.

How to buy

You can’t buy FullBoard directly on this website right now. To get started, book a demo. The services, price, and start date are then set out in a written order or agreement. If that agreement differs from this page, the agreement applies.

Delivery

We deliver the service online. We’ll agree on a start date with you, and setup depends on receiving what we need from you, such as your shop details, access to connected software, and any phone forwarding. We’ll tell you when your service is live. Features marked “In testing” or “Coming next” on our website may not be available yet.

Billing

Prices are in US dollars. Any setup fee is due when your order starts, and monthly fees are billed in advance, unless your agreement says otherwise. Your order will say what’s included, and any charge for going over those limits. Other services you choose to pay for directly, such as ads or your own software, are separate.

Canceling

You can cancel your monthly service with [Notice period] written notice to the email below. Your service continues until the end of the notice period. After that, we’ll stop answering and making calls, so please change any call forwarding before then.

Results

We report the calls handled and jobs booked, but we can’t guarantee a particular number of calls, jobs, or sales. Results depend on your market, prices, reputation, and schedule.

Support and service problems

For help, email us at the address below. The service relies on phone, AI, and hosting companies, so it may sometimes be unavailable. Please keep another way for customers to reach you in an emergency. The AI assistant isn’t an emergency service, and it tells people in danger to call 911.
